With a rich and varied background, Adam Steltzner had many of the needed skills to lead the landing team for the Curiosity rover. That said, his team would struggle for almost a decade with design challenges and setbacks. How did he keep the team focused and on task? What makes a team gel to enable truly innovative thinking? How do team dynamics drive that process forward or inhibit it? And how can organizational culture create an environment for sustained performance? The challenges he and the team faced and the lessons learned from those struggles can help audiences understand how to better lead their high-performing teams, manage innovation and drive towards excellence.
Communications and collaboration technology is changing the way we work and live, how we deliver and receive ‘out-of-this-world’ customer experiences, and seamlessly integrate intelligent communications throughout our business. RingCentral is reimagining the experience in many ways by providing smarter collaboration solutions, enhancing workflows, augmenting customer interactions and increasing intelligence across all modes of communication. As the world evolves towards a hybrid workforce, our goal is to create a level playing field for everyone regardless of where they work from, and to make communication and collaboration simple and easy.

The rules of higher ed are changing fast. The time has come for colleges and universities to radically change the way they engage, collaborate and communicate with constituents. From campus tours to advising, to libraries and events, digital transformation is redefining the concept of physical presence. We are no longer working in offices with front desks and phones. Employees today need a frontline communications platform at the ready to communicate information to more audiences, faster, using multiple channels. Communication must be clear and effortless from the first encounter, no matter where people are or what device they are using. But migrating from siloed and segmented systems to a single more powerful platform is no small task. Join our panel as we discuss this journey and share best practices to help your campus become more digital.
